The Oviatt Penthouse offers a romantic, elegant and memorable setting for your ceremony and reception.
Ceremonies may take place on our rooftop terrace, or in a parlor graced by a Lalique chandelier and mantelpiece of French marble. Our staff will arrange seating in the location of your choice — then rearrange the furniture for dinner and dancing while guests adjourn for celebratory cocktails at the Deco bar.
The Penthouse's luxurious bedroom suite offers accommodations for the bride to dress and apply makeup. It is also a favorite location for bridal photography.
The Penthouse may be reserved for a photo session prior to the wedding.

In addition to the fees listed above, the Oviatt Penthouse requires a $1,000 security deposit, which will be refunded within 30 days after the function (assuming that no damages occur).
